p>At the Pay Day rally held earlier today (28 February) PCS ceneral secretary Mark Serwotka announced that HMRC and VOA will be joining those departments and agencies who already have a strike mandate, in taking strike action on Budget Day – WEDNESDAY 15 MARCH. Our members have been forced to take this difficult decision because junior doctors in Wales have experienced a pay cut of 29.
