This uniquely compact radio will accept any of Makita’s batteries – from 12V CXT to 18V LXT and 40V XGT; it’ll take them all. Alternatively, the radio can also be powered directly from the mains. To ensure the antenna never gets misplaced, Makita have integrated the FM antenna into the carry handle. When the carry handle is positioned upright, the quality of signal and reception is instantly boosted.
