They are pre-shrunk to avoid further shrinking when washed (please follow machine wash instructions). If we’re not able to confirm a fault and we require the t-shirts to be sent back to us then we will reimburse any postage costs incurred on faulty items. If you paid with a debit or credit card please be advised that this can take 3-5 working days to show on your account.
