Although the iPad Air still has the same size 9.7in screen as used in all full-size iPads since the original, the reduction in the size of the case means that it looks bigger. That’s no bad thing, as the screen is the most important thing about a tablet. Although the processing power has been massively improved by around 60%, the battery maintains its respectable 9-10 hours of runtime on a full charge. This, of course, is primarily with daily tasks, and more demanding apps such as games and streaming services might reduce this by a few hours. The sound quality, also, has not changed much since the 2020 model.
