Smooth ripe damson and a hint of vanilla followed by soft rounded tannins giving good length on the finish. Youthful and very approachable with a nose of intense, fresh gooseberry fruit. The palate is dry and full of white peach and passion fruit flavour. This easy drinking, dry wine is what the Italians drink. A bouquet reminiscent of white flowers with hints of citrus, melon and almonds. On the palate it is very elegant, with a lime juice acidity and a pleasant touch of minerality. Perfect with Fish.
