About this deal

Luke's double-sided head has been assigned a new part number, but appears identical to the previous design. His concentrating face, with closed eyes for using the Force, looks absolutely perfect. Yoda appears unchanged too, although his torso also features a different number in the instruction manual. Regardless, no changes were needed because the Jedi Master's worn robe looks marvellous.

Each model in the series is built on a frame that is 20 LEGO studs in depth (about 6.3 in or 16 cm). The frame serves as a foundation for the display. The sets are sized for display on a bookshelf.

Summary

Yes, for 1,000 pieces you would hope for more, and yes, maybe there was a better colour combination to choose for depicting the swamp, but otherwise, we can agree with Yoda: size matters not. Luke is apparently a new and exclusive design for this set, but verges so close to how he looked in 75208 Yoda’s Hut that we’re not sure we can give the LEGO Star Wars team the credibility for that claim. Step-by-step guide – Are you a newcomer to LEGO® building sets? No problem. There are illustrated instructions in the box to help you build with the confidence of Jedi Master Yoda LEGO Star Wars Diorama Sets are a series of LEGO sets recreating unforgettable scenes in the Star Wars franchise. Each set captures the details, suspense and nostalgia of beloved moments in Star Wars history. LEGO launches the new product line in late April 2022. Here’s everything you need to know about the LEGO Star Wars Diorama Collection.

As of spring 2022, LEGO will have released a wave of 3 different Star Wars diorama sets. LEGO plans to release additional waves of dioramas in the future. Diorama Price Range Dark tan plates and tiles surround the hut, separating it from the swamp. Again, space is fairly limited, although there is ample room for the minifigures. You can even attach Luke Skywalker upside down, using a trans-clear 1x1 round plate with bar and matching accessory holder. The same interesting technique appeared in 75208 Yoda's Hut, four years ago. It began a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away. Now the saga continues in your own home with a collection of top-quality LEGO Star Wars sets for adults, including other buildable dioramas depicting memorable scenes. It’s a fascinating concept from the LEGO Star Wars team to venture into early into this third decade of the theme’s history, particularly for – alongside being given the 18+ label – how it does allow for a different style of LEGO set design. Where both previous versions of Yoda’s hut were geared towards surviving play and offering deliberate interaction with fingers both big and small, 75330 Dagobah Jedi Training Diorama is way more intricately designed and is physically constructed into the base it sits on.The buildable LEGO Star Wars Helmet series also features an 18+ recommendation for similar reasons as the dioramas. How many LEGO Star Wars Diorama set are there? Dagobah Jedi Training Diorama brings a new level of authenticity to mid-range LEGO Star Wars sets in a way that is entirely new – what can come from such a creative direction is exciting to consider.

Gift idea – Treat yourself or give this 1,000-piece set as a holiday gift or birthday present to an adult Star Wars™ fan, passionate LEGO® builder or collector of LEGO Star Wars dioramas R2-D2 might be the most exciting figure among these three, unusually! The famed Astromech droid rarely experiences substantial changes, so decorating the reverse of his cylindrical body feels significant. The design looks great, matching both the onscreen character and the panels across the front. I love the splattered mud as well, even though Artoo's struts seem too clean.Dagobah Jedi Training Diorama captures the hut in the most accurate way we have seen so far in LEGO form, from the clear and obvious features such as the tiny little door at the front, the small windows and the unusual spike at the top, through to some of its more subtle properties, such as the very particular contours that shape the dome-like structure and the various vines and branches from the tree it is built into. Nearly 200 trans-green 1x1 tiles comprise the swamp, alongside 1x1 plates. That blending of different textures is nice, including bubbling water around the exposed X-wing S-foil. However, even more effective are the various colours underneath these plates and tiles, giving a realistic illusion of deeper water further from the shore. The plaque in front features the LEGO Star Wars logo alongside the quote that defines the scene, “Do or do not. There is no try.” The logo and quote truly tie the overall set together as a wonderful display piece. A wisp of smoke wafts from the other side of Yoda’s hut as the ancient Jedi master cooks a pot of rootleaf stew.
