The Jungle Dawn LED Bar projects a full spectrum of light that mimics visible natural sunlight (6200 kelvin). It does so without using PAR limiting separate red and blue diodes. It has a high PAR, a high percentage of PUR, a high CRI and no unnatural purple hue. Using a specifically designed mix of Full-spectrum, High Output LEDs we have created an LED bar that can project a vast quantity of light with a very high PAR value. As such the JungleDawn-Pro fitting has a high PAR, a high percentage of PUR, a high CRI and no unnatural purple hue.
Because of the pigments that plants contain, it’s best to use a plant light which produces plenty of the wavelengths that they specialize in absorbing. This is why LED lights with red and blue diodes are so popular, as most of these wavelengths are in the red and blue ranges. The Jungle Dawn LED can be used to enhance the colours of reptiles that do not require UV, and also alongside other Arcadia UV lighting for those that do. You can really show off the natural beauty of your terrarium or other enclosure to the maximum with this exciting light source. You can place it on top of a mesh or fit it inside of an enclosure. Control multiple lamps and use linking! Link cables are available as an optional extra for LumenIZE product, but just as with ProT5 and Led Bar, the LumenIZE® enabled update allows for linking between ProT5 and LED Bar and the App can support up to 50 different lamps per device, each with its own programme. Plants require energy to photosynthesise. Therefore, the LumenIZE Jungle Dawn LED Bar will provide the necessary energy required. Featuring an enhanced spectrum and output of the LED diodes, this will create an even more accurate and brighter lamp, this means more PAR below the lamp. What does PAR refer to? Arcadia Jungle Dawn Bar 51w Bar creates a vast quantity of light, greatly reducing the need to use large numbers of plant growth fluorescent lamps. If a lamp produces light within a spectrum that is close to that of natural sunlight and has a high quantity (lumen output) it will have a high level of PAR.

The Arcadia Jungle Dawn LED Bars can be connected via the link cables provided in each kit to your ProT5 UVB Kit to provide the most complete lighting solution for your Arid and Desert Dwelling diurnal species. UVB lights are made for reptiles, not plants. If you are using live plants with no plant light and only a UVB light, certain plants may be able to stay alive, but they will struggle to grow. More likely, the leaves will burn and the plant will slowly die. UVB bulbs aren’t very bright, which means that the plant likely won’t get enough light to fuel photosynthesis, and when starvation is combined with exposure to UV radiation, the plant’s leaves will turn brown (“burn”) and the plant will be too weak to heal itself.
