About this deal

The history of Wonder Girl is a confusing one, but initially Diana was the first Wonder Girl. Makes sense — before Wonder Woman she would have been Wonder Girl, right? But eventually Wonder Girl became a mantle for other women in DC so it became weird trying to distinguish them, especially since in some issues Wonder Woman would interact with younger versions of herself. Nowadays, Wonder Girl is pretty much totally separate from Diana, but we still have to look at the original outfit. Should the grown Wonder Woman have kept her childhood duds? Honestly, I've mostly played Mothership a lot but Death of Strawberry has also been on a playlist of mine. I've been meaning to get the whole discography tbh! Really love the chords they use and the fast paced and well complimenting vocal melodies of Mothership tbh. Very well written. Yeah, it's cool. I'll definitely be giving their catalogue a go now on my journeys. Currently listening to Cheval by Igorrr and there's nothing more self indulgent than that. XD I know Silent Planet has a lot of references to religious scripture but that's not the same thing ahaha

I actually was gonna mention about Craig's vocals haha Yeah, they're off at times and a bit whiny but if you ever heard anything off "Illuminaudio" when they changed vocalists, it didn't really have the same feel for me, so I just got used to the less good parts of his vocals. I usually sing over him anyway hahaI don't even know what to say about this choice of camera angle. How about, "Frank Cho would be proud?" P.S.: I'd really like to know your favorite Omar albums and post-hardcore bands, it's not often I find someone with this kind of tastes to chat with 😄 PSD knows that underwear is the foundation of every outfit a woman wears. It’s important for underwear to be comfortable, especially when it comes to women's thong underwear. That's why PSD's premium and affordable thongs are designed and built for athletes, trendsetters, or people who just really love underwear. The '90s were an interesting time in comics, with the stories trying to reflect the discontent that the decade as a whole was known for. So, someone like Wonder Woman as we knew her, clothed in the colors of the American flag and standing up for all that was good, wasn't considered cool. That's why, like Batman and Superman, Wonder Woman got a questionable makeover during this period that has certainly been remembered, albeit not fondly.

I listened to Sound of Animals some years ago but never got into them. I know they were a super group of some sorts. If I could trouble you once more for suggestions? Also, he stated he mainly focuses on the sounds of the words and certainly he does a great job at that, his lyrics usually sound really cool. Awesome, I think 'Said the King to the River' was my favourite, as much as I liked the other 2. Had a hard hitting chorus and such speedy rhymes and vocal rhythms

Did you ever listen to Chiodos? They still get a lot of plays from me for how great 'The Bone Palace Ballet' was. Very mixed with a classical sort of sound. Though, songs like "All Nereid's Beware" from their first album are really fun to sing along to. clvr Ahh yeah! Polyphia are awesome, I suppose they have a decent mix of sounds with the new stuff and probably would have been better to mention first. Haha The other ones I know are Chon, Intervals and Save Us From the Archon that are kinda like those others. This might just be the most divisive Wonder Woman outfit in this list. Some people view this outfit as emblematic of a bad point in Diana’s history, due to this being around the time that she was in a story where she had to relearn all of her powers in somewhat of a reboot. Regardless of your thoughts on that storyline, though, a lot of people really love this outfit — like, to the point that they would call this her best of the bunch. And really, we can’t find too much wrong with it either. Also, if you like Saosin and Secret and Whisper, I want to throw one more band out there that I'm sure you'll like; 'The Sound of Us' by A Lot Like Birds. Some of their others songs are good technically as well, polyrythms and time signature changes and all that, but that one is catchy

Mike Deodato's Wonder Woman: long legs, tiny waist, gravity-defying breasts, and of course a thong. Must be the '90s. Was supposed to be recording a couple weeks ago but my friend who mostly produces pop and electronic tunes really wanted to give some heavier stuff a go but made me buy an input! Haha Also usually use a combo amp so had to buy a distortion pedal. Yeah a distant project could be a really good idea! I bought a laptop a couple of months ago and promised to myself that I'd learn how to record/mix/edit and all that stuff but I still haven't begun, so it'll be some time before I can send you some vocals 😅 Great! I'll always keep writing and experimenting and so I will show you some stuff and see how we do if you feel you're ready in the future.Aaaaand finally I have some amateurish recordings of my band but we've changed the lineup a bit recently, so we're teaching our 5 songs to the new members and then we'll head to the studio and record more professionally. And for the post-hardcore part, I put "new" in quotation marks cause I didn't know how to express what I meant 😅 I love almost everything Omar related, even though I'm still missing most of the Ipecac album (so something like 20+ out of 60+, how does he manage all that?!).

A metalhead friend of mine once heard Elephant and described them as "basically Dream Theatre if they were a Japanese jazz band". 😂 While William Messner-Loebs story arcs are engaging and often well written -- although a Boston mafia war plot is a bizarre fit for Wonder Woman -- it's the Deodato art that sells the book and is ultimately what led me to try it out. I've heard so much about this era over the years -- some of it positive, much of it negative -- that I finally had to judge it for myself. How do I rate it? Certainly not in the upper echelon of Wonder Woman stories, but it's still a jaunty and exciting yarn. It's solid '90s comics, and overall quite fun. My opinions on the art are more complicated. The adolescent comic book fanboy that still resides somewhere in the darkest nether-regions of my soul would blush at Deodato's art, but still enjoy it. The adult comic book reader I've become finds the overly sexualized style both problematic and tiresome, but also still appreciates Deodato's talent for drawing exciting superhero action adventure. Besides the elements of '90s excess, the art is compelling and energetic. Still, at times Deodato also lets the prurient art style run amok. There's no better example than when Artemis is brutally beaten by the White Magician. Artemis' Wonder Woman costume is ripped to shreds and she's tossed around like a well-endowed rag doll. And of course she maintains her alluring sensuality even when being pummeled. It reminds you of the "Death of Superman" showdown with Doomsday, except here it's filtered through a pure fanboy drool-worthy style. Eventually, her thong is just a string of fabric, held together by a few worn threads, and her bustier is torn to pieces, exposing huge portions of her breasts. In fact, Deodato strategically places the rips where nipples should appear—but if he was going to draw them in, DC editorial must've nixed the idea. Nevertheless, it's gratuitously executed, obviously meant to titillate. You can imagine the slobbering '90s male readers stammering, "Look, you can see her boobs!!" Ugh.

Premium Thong Panties for Comfort and Style

Yeah it's unfortunate but the Mars Volta aren't really that famous...it's a shame too cause everyone knows John Frusciante and Flea, and they both have played in multiple TMV records (John on almost every one, he and Omar are great pals). Finally Tides of Man are also playing here this year! I only recently heard of them from the Bandsintown app (great app if youre a regular gig goer btw) suggesting me them, then I heard an old song and was like "hold on a second... I know that voice and face!". Haha Added some harmony to the vocals of the second chorus but it's not greatly represented in midi, anyway and it's the first sound you hear hahs It's kinda weird coming from me, but often high pitched voices tend to grate me especially on first listen, I didn't even like Tilian at first and now I love how he sounds. Yeah I still get annoyed at some of his whinier vocals, but overall his timber and range are pretty unique. The way he sang in Tides Of Man I find more consistent in that regard.
