About this deal

The only difference is that the game doesn’t detect your efforts because you’re not transmitting any sound to it.

Place the No Cable Patch executable on the game's main folder. Put a shortcut of the No Cable Patch executable on the desktop, if you prefer, and launch it. IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS.

Thank you for this post, the other day I accidentally stood on the cable while in the ps4 and it came apart just down from the USB. I assume this now was meant to happen. So far have not found another comment about this feature. will now try again to re calibrate, now that you have given additional advice to do this I even tried using my VOICELIVE2 (TC HELICON voice harmonizer) which has an USB audio interface: all the same!

It should only take a couple of milliseconds for your instrument to send the playing information to the game. If it takes longer than this time, you might struggle to accomplish your goals in the game. That consistency translates to accurate gameplay representation so that you can continue progressing on your journey to learn how to play the guitar. Finally, connect the other output to the Real Tone cable and plug the Real Tone cable into your console or computer. that's a core i7 @ 4.0 GHz, my special music computer ; I can run mutiple realtime VSTi on Cubase without problem but can't run that game properly, what a pitty, hehe) Regardless of which version of the game you bought, you can still use the cable on a different device. But with the game, no way. On double notes on fast songs I'm hearing a complete note late, like having a permanent slow delay.

If you don’t have an external speaker system, but you do have a guitar amplifier, it could help with latency issues. When you cannot secure a guitar cable and adapter that meets your needs, it is possible to play the game still using a dedicated audio interface. I ran into this issue on both Mac and PC which is my preferred platform to play this game. I didn’t have any problems on console though. The extra cost you pay is for a guarantee that the cord works with the instrument to let you play immediately. If you have not encountered issues with your Real Tone Cable yet, it might only be a matter of time before problems arise. And when it finally did recognize the cable, it would randomly disconnect and stop working that that USB port. The only way I found around it was to switch the Real Tone Cable to another USB port and hope for the best.

For starters, the cable is well made and includes a 1/4” plug, which is sturdy enough to withstand regular use. Additionally, the cable is lighter than a regular guitar cable, making it more comfortable and convenient for players of all levels. As an added bonus, it also has a built-in safety feature that prevents you from accidentally damaging your instrument or computer while connecting them. Although these items don’t offer the same consistencies as a genuine instrument cable, you’ll pay about 50% of the cost of a Real Tone Cable to have a similar experience. Real Tone Cables Are Remarkably Fragile I even tested the HDMI audio output of my graphics card (GTX 680): same problem, only 2x 1024 working, huge latency...Although the instrument design is excellent for the game, setting up the technology to perform is a different story. It acts as a standard USB Audio In device, it doesn't have its own driver and windows should detect it automatically if everything is OK with your PC. When that event happened, there is a chance that you damaged the Real Tone Cable. Some players found that this sequence of events could also create problems for their computer’s port.
