Expect the best. The ToneX serves up pristine audio thanks to its ultra-low noise 24-bit/192kHz converters, 5 Hz-24 kHz frequency response and 123 dB dynamic range. These features ensure that the entire scope of your guitar's character shines through the ToneX, and you'll get crystal-clear clarity at any gain setting. Stage friendly Audio Technica ATH-M50xBT2 review: the only headphones you need for guitar, studio and everyday use? Please note this information is provided for guidance only as manufacturer warranties may be updated from time to time First of all, this pedal allows us to get great amp and cab simulations on our pedal board to go to front of house (PA system or Computer DAW) or we could use this with a power amp and cab if we bypass the cabs on the pedal itself. There are many ways this could be used. The pedal itself gives us the option to cycle through banks of presets, which we can edit part of on the pedal itself, and we can go in-depth with the Free Tonex Librarian software, which is included with the pedal. You also get Amplitube 5 as well for your computer. Not only do you have access to some amazing re-creations of amps, you can also capture your own amp and drive pedal sounds using the software. More about that later.Multiple output signal routing lets you send one output without the cabinet to a real power amp and cabinet, and the other output with the full rig to a PA. TONEX Machine Modeller included. It works as a librarian and preset editor to create, organize, and swap presets between TONEX Pedal and TONEX Plug-in virtual pedal in AmpliTube.

TONEX CS is the perfect place to start experiencing TONEX Tone Models. Enjoy ultra-realistic Tone Models of real amps, cabs and pedals, all created with IK’s advanced AI Machine Modeling™ technology for tone that’s virtually indistinguishable from the real gear. Stage-ready, high-visibility display (shows the preset name, bank number, or parameter's name and value). The amp sounds are amazing, but if you've got a nice rig and your able to record it, you can capture that rig with the Tonex and have it on your board in no time. The Tonex Librarian software allows you to capture your tones carefully with a step-by-step tutorial in the software itself. It's fairly straight forward, however for those who have not do this before, it might feel a bit tedious. But the option is there. You don't have to capture your own tones; however, using Tone Net, IK Multimedia has set it up so that Tonex users can share their captures and presets. So, you could have someone's JCM800 miced up with a ribbon mic going through a Neave desk on your pedal in no time flat! If this leak is to be believed, then the IK Multimedia TONEX pedal will offer what their existing TONEX software does, just in a more stage-friendly compact stompbox format. BUT, if you want to play it with a power amp (like Matrix GT 1000) and with a guitar cabinet, this is not a choice for you. I've tried almost all available monitors and linear speakers (FRFR), but I've never been satisfied and I also don't like to play with headphones. You will ask, why I don't just use guitar amps instead? I play different genre and I like the sound of different amps, but I don't want to spend 20K EUR just for amps.
